概述：
ARCspectro VIS-NIR是為在整個(gè)可見(jiàn)和近紅外光譜范圍測(cè)量樣品的漫反射而設(shè)計(jì)的實(shí)驗(yàn)室光譜儀。
ARCspectro VIS-NIR可見(jiàn)-近紅外傅立葉變換光譜儀是把一個(gè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的多通道光柵光譜儀(覆蓋可見(jiàn)光譜范圍：360nm-950nm)和一個(gè)掃描傅里葉變換光譜儀(FTIR-Rocket)結(jié)合在一起，掃描傅里葉變換光譜儀具有近紅外900nm-2600nm靈敏擴(kuò)展的InGaAs探測(cè)器。兩個(gè)光譜儀連接到一個(gè)5cm的積分球。樣品用完美的漫反射光照射，由于積分球含有高功率鹵素?zé)簟?/SPAN>
ARCspectro VIS-NIR容許在整個(gè)太陽(yáng)光譜范圍獲得全反射。眾所周知，太陽(yáng)輻射能量的一半位于近紅外光譜區(qū)，對(duì)于覆蓋360nm到2500nm整個(gè)太陽(yáng)發(fā)射范圍(在地球上)的許多應(yīng)用(涂料、塑料和化妝品)是非常重要的。
現(xiàn)在市場(chǎng)上的大多數(shù)產(chǎn)品只提供可見(jiàn)區(qū)360-800nm的反射表征，市場(chǎng)上唯一覆蓋這個(gè)光譜范圍的產(chǎn)品是價(jià)格昂貴、緩慢且體積龐大的單色儀。
ARCspectro VIS-NIR按要求也提供透射測(cè)量產(chǎn)品。我們也有光纖版的VIS-NIR光譜儀。
